Learn to automate your campaign workflows
Everything on this path is free and open — no signup, no gate, no trial clock. Six stages take you from the core ideas to a governed automation running on your own stack, using the same guides, templates and guardrail patterns we use in client engagements.
Understand the model.
Before automating anything, get the two ideas the whole practice stands on: continuous optimization loops, and the guardrails that make them safe to run. An hour of reading, and every later stage makes sense.
Assess where you are.
Before building, measure. Score your readiness, run your own spend through the waste finder, and put a number on what automation is worth — all free, all in your browser, nothing uploaded.
Set up your environment.
One setup serves every automation you ever build: data access, a working workspace, integration platforms, and the agent layer. Do this once, properly, and every guide that follows assumes it.
Build your first automation.
Pick one bounded, high-frequency workflow — not brand creative. Each guide has two paths: manual data extracts if you want to start simple, or MCP integration when you are ready to connect systems. All fifteen are free.
Put guardrails around it.
The difference between automation you trust and automation you babysit: spend caps, change ceilings, approval thresholds, and an audit trail. Configure them before the loop runs, not after it surprises you.
Measure, then scale.
One loop earning trust becomes two, then a system. Measure each automation against its own baseline, keep the log honest, and only widen the boundaries as the results hold.
The whole library is open.

Everything above stays free either way. If you want a partner in the room, engagements start with the Audit — a read-only first sprint that maps this exact path onto your accounts.
