Sprint 01 · Human-led · Where every engagement begins

Start with the Audit

We review your campaigns, show you exactly where AI saves time and money, and hand you a prioritised 30-day plan you keep. The plan is buildable the day you get it — no re-platforming line item. It's the first sprint of every automated campaign optimization engagement — and it scopes the rest.

  • PPC waste analysis and an SEO/PPC opportunity map
  • An AI automation roadmap built for your stack, not a checklist
  • A 30-day action plan that's yours, whether or not we work together

What the Audit sprint delivers

Six concrete outputs you own, with no fluff and no vague recommendations. Everything here scopes the sprints that follow.

Current-state workflow review

A documented map of how your campaigns are planned, launched, and optimised today, and where the friction lives.

PPC waste analysis

Search term audit, match-type efficiency review, and estimated monthly waste with a prioritised fix list.

SEO/PPC opportunity map

Keyword gaps, cannibalization flags, and quick-win opportunities across paid and organic together.

AI automation roadmap

A ranked list of automation opportunities specific to your stack, team size, and budget. Not a generic checklist.

Claude/Cursor setup recommendations

Practical configuration advice so your team can start using AI tools on campaigns from day one.

30-day action plan

Week-by-week priorities your team can execute immediately, and yours to keep whether or not we work together.

Our performance commitment

The Audit does not end with a vague list of ideas. We read your accounts, find where time and money are leaking, and recommend a short list of sprints. Every sprint we recommend comes with a measurable target tied to your own numbers, written down before we build anything.

If we cannot define a target we believe in, we will not recommend the sprint. That keeps us honest, and it keeps you from paying for work that cannot show its return.

Hours back

Time saved, counted

We baseline the hours your team spends on a workflow today, then set a target reduction once it runs as a system.

ROAS

Return on ad spend

For paid media we set a target lift against your current ROAS, driven by negative-keyword, budget, and regional automation.

Quality Score

Quality Score, moved

Where Quality Score is the constraint, we target a specific gain by matching keyword, ad, and landing-page language.

These are the same workflows behind the numbers on our homepage. Every target is set against your baseline and tracked after launch. See the case studies for the full working.

How it works

  1. Request the Audit

Three fields at the top of this page. If you took the Readiness Score, the rest is already carried over.

    Request the Audit →
  2. Grant read-only access

We reply within 2 business days and ask for view-only access to the accounts we need: Google Ads, GA4, Search Console. Read-only and revocable. Prefer to send exports? That works too.

  3. We review your campaigns

We run your data through our structured review and AI analysis, and build your roadmap and 30-day plan.

  4. We walk you through it

A live call with our team to review the findings, answer questions, and map your next step together.

What we look at

The data sources we review. With read-only access we pull them ourselves, or you can export them — either way, nothing in your accounts changes.

Google Ads campaign dataRequired
Search terms report (last 90 days)Required
GA4 landing-page dataRequired
Search Console queries and pagesRequired
CRM lead listOptional

Not sure how to grant read-only access? We'll send step-by-step instructions for each platform after you request the Audit.

Built on the stack you already run. The Audit reads your current ad platforms, CRM, analytics, and spreadsheets — through MCP integrations or manual extracts — and maps every recommended automation onto them. Nothing in the 30-day plan waits on a migration, so each build goes from scoped to running in a 2–4 week sprint.
Audit → build sprints

What comes after the first sprint

The Audit ends with a clear, prioritised recommendation. From there we build the sprints it identifies, the highest-ROI workflows in order, and you own every one when we're done.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Readiness Score first?

No, but it helps. The free Readiness Score takes about four minutes and gives us your tier and binding constraint up front, so the Audit sprint goes deeper, faster. The Audit itself is the first sprint we run together once you decide to engage.

Do I need to give you account access?

Yes, read-only. We need view-only access to your key accounts (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console) to pull the data and ground the plan in your real numbers. Read-only means we can see but never change anything, we never take admin or edit rights, and you can revoke access the moment the audit is done. Prefer to share exports for some accounts? That works too.

How long does it take?

We confirm your request within 2 business days and set up read-only access (or send an export checklist if you prefer). Once we have the data, allow about 5 business days for the full review and your findings call.

What happens after the Audit sprint?

You get a live call to walk through the findings and a prioritised 30-day plan. From there we build the sprints the audit identifies, the highest-ROI workflows in order, with your team. There's no pressure to continue, but most teams do.

What does the Audit cost?

The Audit is a fixed-scope sprint: we confirm the commercial details when we scope your request, before anything starts, and there's no obligation to continue afterwards. For how AI automation engagements are typically structured, see our pricing guide.

Ready to see where the waste is?

Human-led. Read-only access, nothing changed. The first sprint of your engagement.
